We are a family farm with a multi-generational tradition (4th).

Own production of various grape varieties of grapes (sauvignon, green sauvignon, Vipava green, chardonnay, malvasia, merlot, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet frank, blue pinot.) And the processing and delivery of premium wines.

WINE-BUILDING

Absolute vineyard areas, most of them on terraced southern slopes, offer the best conditions for the production of premium wines. "Heroic Viticulture". The mild climate of the Mediterranean, which stretches across the Gulf of Trieste, is encountered here with cold currents that descend into the Vipava valley across the Nanos plateau.

We carry out a number of agro-technical measures that help to increase the nature conservation criteria (excluding insecticides, mineral fertilizers, min.Transport of machinery, etc.). The preservation of the soil flora and fauna is reflected in the complexity of the wines thus produced. We use the unique microclimate of the Vipava valley and rich soil structure.

WINE

In optimal maturity, hand-picked, healthy grapes; using modern knowledge and equipment, cool and process in an inert atmosphere (without oxygen). The further cooled grape must is naturally separated from the sediment and further fermented at a controlled temperature.

By mixing sediments after alcoholic fermentation, the taste of wines is increased. The last phase of the ripening of a young wine is concluded in wooden oak barrels. The ripening time is adjusted according to the desired contribution of the wood to the final taste of the wine.
