Terrasses White
The steep terraces of the "St. Katarina" vineyard are bathed in the coastal sun and blown by the Vipava gale. The southern location and marly soil provide excellent conditions for great white wines.
Malvasia wine reflects the unique quality of the Vipava terraces, the best terroirs for structured white wines. It has an elegant aroma with hints of acacia, almonds, linden flowers and vanilla. Rich and harmonious taste with pleasant minerality and a long aftertaste.
Recommended serving temperature: 12-15 °C.
